The weather forecast is not good this for this Sunday. I have produced a route that is shorter than usual in case it is truly awful and kept to usually good roads to avoid muddy sections as much as possible possible. But to compensate for this, I've not attempted to avoid headwinds - although the wind forecast isn't too bad.
If it is raining hard at the start time, this may be a self guided ride, so please ensure you have the route with you in some form.
There is a café stop at Watchfield included in the route.
There are options to shorten the route if the weather is particularly bad and it is possible to add about another ten miles at the end, around Sand Bay and Wick St. Lawrence, to bring it up to standard length, should the weather be better than forecast.
As is generally the case, the weather forecasting services struggle to make accurate predications during showery spells, so the weather that actually arrives may be different to that forecast.
Meet up at 9am, outside Priory School.
