Route posted in usual places.....
Here's the route for this week's Sunday club ride.
I've tried to select a route that avoids the usual muddy roads, considering the recent rain. Although the weather forecast looks dry this Sunday.
Choice of café stop, the decision of which I will leave up to the participants on the day; either Sweets or The Avalon Marshes Centre are along the way.
Meet up at 9am, outside Priory School, or along the way if you are based in town. I'd advise putting something on Facebook or WhatsApp if you are intending to join the ride from town.

Here is the route for this Saturday morning's club group ride.
By request, we have a route down to Watchfield which includes a café stop.
Meet up at 8:30am, outside Priory School. People living in town are welcome to join the ride along the route. I would estimate passing the end of the seafront around 8:50-ish. If you have a mind to do this, please let the club Sec know, so we can keep an eye open for you.
Given the amount of rain recently, I've opted for generally good roads this week. The usual alternatives are likely to be fairly muddy. Sadly this means it is a fairly flat course. I checked out the route earlier in the week and it looks OK at this time.

Here is the suggested route for this Sunday's club group ride.
There were a couple of people that were planning a shorter ride this week, so the route incorporates their plans and the option to bail out earlier for everyone else.
There are two versions of the route (which is always risky) The longer one includes a café stop near Chew Lake. If the weather is bad, then maybe the group can elect for the shorter version and forego coffee. If the weather is really bad, the loop around Kenn could be cut out also - although the weather forecast isn't actually as bad as that might sound!
Meet up at 9am, outside Priory School.
If you have the technology, please load the route(s) onto your device.
Note: The route may not display correctly on the webpage, but the RideWithGPS route should be good.

And the shorter route :
There is still a question about the 'actual' weather that will turn up on Saturday morning, but at the time of posting this ride, it's suggesting a possibly dry but breezy ride, after a damp overnight period.
The route tries to avoid prolonged headwinds and also potential muddy roads. Although many roads around the area have the potential to turn out to be muddy in places; with farmers being busy harvesting, etc.
If you are able to bring the route on a Garmin, or similar device, navigating the figure of eight around Kenn Moor may be more obvious.
The route was created with Ride With GPS software that can inject some 'interesting' route choices. Hopefully these have all been removed, but be aware of their possible existence.
Meet up at 8:30am, outside Priory School
Note: The route doesn't seem to be displaying correcting on the webpage. The route should be good when downloaded.

Meet up at 9am, outside Priory School
I've tried to keep the better roads, given the expected wet weather in the days prior to the weekend.
