I have just sent out a mailshot announcing our AGM. As there is a possibility of the email ending up in Spam folders here is the gist of the email.

 We will shortly be holding our much delayed Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Subject to confirmation, the date we are looking at is the 29th March 2022, Meeting between 7pm and 8:30pm.

I would welcome any suggestions for additions to the agenda. I will shortly be circulating a briefing document that has the usual AGM type subject areas, but if there is anything club members would like to be discussed, or proposals for club activities in the future, then please let me know.

If you could also let me know if you would anticipate attending the meeting in person, just so we can make sure the room is big enough.
