Or not..........
I've been monitoring the weekend weather forecasts over the last few days, as I generally do, and the forecasts for Saturday and Sunday are 'not good' to say the least; strong winds and rain.
Consequently, I don't plan to post club rides this weekend. Not something I like doing, but for a number of reasons, it is probably for the best.
If any club member is intent on going out, please contact me, I am happy to post a route to tempt someone else out.
Club Sec.
The weather isn't looking too good this Sunday and there is no ride leader currently, but if anyone is determined to go out this Sunday, here is an idea of a route. The route is fairly flat to compensate for a brisk breeze and to avoid potential muddy stretches.
Please ensure you have the means to navigate independently.

Here is the proposed route for this Saturday morning.
The forecast is dry for the morning with a bit of a breeze. Could be a good opportunity to draft behind someone in front on the way out. The return leg should be a lot easier.

Although there is no ride leader at this time, if anyone wants a route for this Sunday, that tries to mitigate the worst of the weather forecast, here is a suggestion of a ride. It's shorter than the usual 50 miles but once around the old toll road will fill it out.
Please make sure you are able to navigate the route independently as you may be on your own this week.
